NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2023

You are invited to attend the Granite Belt Art & Craft Inc Annual General Meeting for 2023.

Venue: Civic Centre Supper Room - Cnr Lock & Marsh Streets, Stanthorpe

NOMINATIONS ARE INVITED FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:

• President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Treasurer

**PLEASE NOTE NOMINATIONS WILL CLOSE AT 5PM ON SUNDAY 5 Feb 2023**

Please help us get GBART 2023 off to a flying start as either an Artisan, Friend, or Business supporter:

• GBART - Business membership: You are promoted on social media, our website, and in e-newsletters sent out to our subscriber database. $55/calendar year Jan to Dec.
• GBART - Artisan membership: You may not want to be on the trail yourself, but there are many ways you can still take part in GBART at a reduced rate of $33 per year. Note this is separate from being an artisan on the
• GBART - Friend of membership: No website listing, but get that warm fuzzy feeling of belonging. As a GBART Inc member, you will be on the VIP list for pre-invitation to any events such as opening night. $55/calendar year Jan to Dec. Associates (under 17) can join for $16.50

Please Note: Supporter membership is separate from applying to be on the trail as a venue or an artisan. You’ll be in the great company though as you’re listed on our website - we guide our visitors to support you when they attend the event. All prices are GST inclusive

As per the Fair Trading rules for incorporated associations, voting rights and committee positions are limited to financial members only.
