Francine Christensen
Francine has a passion for painting wildlife and nature, which she finds in abundance living in the Australian bush. Her acreage property is situated on the Great Dividing Range in The Granite Belt region, Queensland, Australia. Her paintings are inspired by her surroundings and the wildlife she observe every day. Francine is fascinated with native birds, animals and flowers, and finds them delightful to paint.
Francine's love of painting and drawing started at the age of ten. After high school she studied at the Seven Hill College of Art in Brisbane for three years. Oil paints, watercolour and pastels are the mediums Francine works with.
All prints are taken directly from Francine's paintings. Prints are on wrap around canvas stretched over a wooden frame, ready to hang. Originals of some works are available. If you feel my passion and inspiration when you view my work, I have achieved my goal.
